Different network structures require specific blocks before payments are cleared:

Security & Best Practices

Do

  • Always verify the destination address and selected network match exactly
  • Ensure your connected wallet has enough native token to cover gas fees
  • Use stablecoins (USDC/USDT) to avoid price fluctuation issues
  • Wait on the payment processing window until the explorer confirmation completes

Don't

  • Do not send transactions directly from centralized exchange accounts
  • Do not modify the exact payment decimal amount generated by the checkout API
  • Do not send assets on unsupported L2 networks (e.g. Optimism/Arbitrum)
  • Do not close the browser payment portal page until checking confirms

Exchange Wallet Caution

Centralized exchanges (Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, etc.) delay withdrawals or package transactions. Always transfer funds to a private non-custodial wallet (e.g. Phantom, Metamask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet) before paying.
