Subscription Management

Subscription Management

Manage your VibeMint subscription from your dashboard — upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel at any time with no lock-in periods or cancellation fees.

Upgrading Your Plan

1Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → "Upgrade Plan".
2Select your target plan (Pro or Studio) from the plan selector.
3Confirm your payment method or add a new one.
4Your upgrade takes effect immediately — new features are unlocked instantly.
5You are prorated for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Proration: When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged only for the days remaining in your billing period at the new plan's daily rate. The credit from your current plan is applied automatically.

Downgrading Your Plan

1Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → "Change Plan".
2Select the lower-tier plan from the plan selector.
3Confirm the downgrade. Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle.
4At the next billing date, the downgrade takes effect and features from the higher plan are removed.

Custom domains

Become inactive — site reverts to free subdomain. DNS records remain untouched.

Branding

VibeMint branding re-appears on your project footer after the downgrade date.

Analytics

Historical analytics data is preserved — access requires re-upgrading to Pro.

Projects over the limit

Projects over Starter's limit are kept in draft mode — not deleted.

Cancelling Your Subscription

1Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing → "Cancel Subscription".
2Review the cancellation impact summary shown on the confirmation dialog.
3Confirm cancellation. Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing period.
4You will not be charged again. No cancellation fee applies.

What Happens After Cancellation

ImmediatelyNo further charges. Subscription marked as cancelled in your billing dashboard.
End of billing cyclePlan features are removed. Projects over Starter limits move to draft mode.
30 days after cycle endPublished sites on paid-only features (custom domain) are automatically unpublished.
90 days after cancellationAccount and project data is retained. You can resubscribe and restore at any time within this window.

Invoices & Receipts

Automatic Email Receipts

An invoice PDF is emailed to your account address on every successful billing date.

Dashboard Invoice History

All past invoices are accessible at Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Invoice History.

Download as PDF

Each invoice can be downloaded as a PDF receipt for accounting and tax reporting purposes.

VAT / Tax ID Support

Add your business VAT or Tax ID from billing settings for compliant invoices across all jurisdictions.
